1.03 and 1.04 Crash Continually

Hi,

Flick Cricket Pro has been one of my favourite games in the iPhone up until the realease of version 1.03. Since then, it has been impossible to start a game. The same is true of version 1.04.

Select Normal Game. Select Start Game! The game does not launch and the phone's home screen (from where the app was launched) is displayed.

This is 100% repeatable.

This is a real problem for me as I always played 50 over matches and Normal Game is the only way of doing this. I'm not bothered about FaceBook connectivity, I just want the core game available.

Please restore the version before 1.03 (presumably 1.02) so that the game can be played.

Many thanks,

M

I have 2 suggestions as I have never had any problems running the game:

1 - uninstall the game from the iPhone and then reinstall it.
2 - reboot your iPhone

Hi, I've left it a while

Hi,

I've left it a while before following up as I knew I was due to upgrade my handset and wanted to try it on the new one.

I'm afraid that the problems continued on my old handset (3G) and now on my new one (4).

The game, if it starts at all, quits unexpectedly. If the game does get beyond a couple of overs, I quite often have the phenomenon of a ball being bowled without warning as the previous delivery reaches the bat. The first disappears and the second cannot be reacted to.

I've tried enabling the FB stuff. I can connect to FB but if I try to do anything other than play a preset FB game, the app crashes.

I've tried disabling the FB stuff but the app continues to crash.

The only way I seem to be able to get a full game in is to delete the app, download and install it, and then for the first run, the app appears fairly stable. A second run brings the problems described above.

HTH.

Can you find it in your heart to forgive Glenn for version 1.03?
Absolutely not - he needs to get his sh*t together!

Maybe - as long as he gets rid of the damn red arrow (iOS 4 in-joke there)

I guess - He's an OK guy, already punished by Australia's poor form against England and Pakistan
