There are a couple of strange bugs that show up randomly - balls suddenly going for 6, run outs that aren't given...and the strangest one is one that you may have seen is on the first ball of an innings sometimes you hit the ball and run, the fielder gets the ball, and sort of 'underarms' it to the stumps, and you may be given out for anything!

I'll keep working through these for you mate. I really appreciate you dropping by and pointing these out!

only one ive seen since is the one pointed out by gabbo and now that you mention i have seen the 'underarm' one before though most of these are not regular

Sometimes when you try and bowl the same bowler twice in succession (by mistake), you get the error pop-up, but you cannot get rid of it. (No response to the dismiss button)

The only solution is to go back to home screen. When you go back to flick cricket, you start again - and it's forgotten your facebook login, your team selections and logos.

Just a couple more things I have noticed while playing that may have been said before.

The opposition don't have a wicketkeeper when naming the opposition, only an extra bowler that changes between spin, swing and pace every time you play

fielders huddle after a wicket has been taken, it is then difficult to change the fielding set up

Hello there, just got into the game, it's great! I've spotted a couple of issues that I thought I'd point out:

The game options for Bat First, Bowl First, etc. aren't transferring correctly between the UINavigationController screens - on starting a second or subsequent game, the first screen says the same as the previous game, but the second screen defaults to Bat First, and this is actually the game you get. Number of Overs works correctly though. How about having the game settings saved to a .plist and reloaded next time the app starts?

When picking a new bowler, you can't see who's batting and what their weaknesses are, you have to remember it on the last ball of an over and take the swap into account to pick the best bowler for the new facing batsman. Also, if you get a wicket on the last ball of the over, you've no idea of the weakness of the incoming batsman until after you've picked the bowler.

As your poll is showing, having access to the scorecard at the end of the match would be nice. Maybe as an option from the UIAlertView that gives you the summary. Also note that if you beat your best score and win the game, you get the two UIAlertViews being called at the same time, so the first appears and is immediately replaced by the second. When you dismiss the second, the first reappears. The New Best Score alert needs to be called from the -(void)alertView:clickedButtonAtIndex: method of your ViewController when the Game Won alert is dismissed.

Apologies for turning up and spouting off - I love the game and would love to see it be even better than it is now!

just had another weird glitch where i pressed new game then quit by mistake then pressed continue game again this lead to no names as well as no fielders until one moves then they all come back and all the bowlers are fast bowlers. if that makes any sense.

the end of innings screen shows the names but no runs or bowler stats but shows the overall score.

it has happened before but i thought it had stopped since the update as it hasnt happened for a while.

The "balls suddenly going for 6" I think is the one I described a while back - it seems if I press onto the ball, rather than sweeping through it, it flies for six.

Firstly let me say I love this App. My favorite to date and I am yet to get bored. I play the Pro version.
However I do find the logout (of Facebook) button is badly positioned and when (in the middle of a tight run chase) you get a bit eager with your running you accidently press it. This is my only issue with an otherwise great App. Well done.
